Certificates

Where's my certificate of attendance?

Certificates are mailed 4 to 6 weeks after the event. If after that time you have not received your certificate, either:

  1. We do not have your signature on the sign-in and sign-out forms;
  2. We do not have your attendance form (for the Annual Conference);
  3. We have not received payment for the event; or
  4. An error has occurred, in which case, please contact us.

I lost my certificate. Can I get a new one?

For events occuring since May 2005, you can login to your account and download a duplicate certificate at no charge.

For events prior to May 2005, you will need to contact us, and we will mail you a copy of your certificate. There is a $15 charge for these certificates, which must be paid in advance.

Billing

I was unable to attend the training event. Do I still have to pay the registration fee?

Yes. If we do not receive a cancellation by the posted deadline, we incur the cost of your attendance whether you are there or not. Therefore, you are responsible for the registration fee, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
