Registration
Registrations are accepted by mail or web. Fax registrations are accepted
for certain events, which will be mentioned on the brochure. Phone registration
is generally not available.
Walk in registrations may be refused.
Cancellations should be made in writing.
Attendance
Attendance may be taken at the beginning and conclusion of the session.
Certificates of attendance are mailed after an event.
Lost or damaged certificates will be replaced for a $15 fee.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash, check or money order.
No-shows will be billed.
Cancellations received after the posted deadline will result in forfeiture
of fee.
Payment in full is due before the event. The IAAAA Education Institute
reserves the right to refuse entry to an event for any customer who has
not paid the total fee.
Each registration that is not paid in full will not receive credit
for attendance.
Checks returned for non-sufficient funds carry a $50 penalty for first
offense.
Individuals and organizations with outstanding balances may be refused
registration until the balance is paid in full.
General Terms
IAAAA Education Institute reserves the right to amend or cancel the date,
time and location of an event at any time, including replacing
speakers. If an event is cancelled, the customer is entitled
to a full refund. IAAAA Education Institute shall not be responsible for
any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or
amendment.
Cell phones and pagers are not allowed at events. Please plan coverage
before Training Day.
These terms may be amended at any time without notice.
